The role:
As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging marketing campaigns to drive key actions across various touch points (email, SMS, in-app, webinars, etc). Ultimately, all efforts will be guided through analyzing performance data to drive conversion and retention in collaboration with key stakeholders to understand primary business objectives. We’re looking for someone who’s a critical thinker who understands the customer journey, possesses strong analytical skills and has the experience to effectively manage marketing campaigns and tools.

What you’ll bring:
- Experience with ActiveCampaign: Intermediate to Expert level of experience.
- Familiarity with all other tools in our marketing stack (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Tools include: ActiveCampaign, Typeform, Google Sheets, EasyWebinar, Zapier, WordPress (Oxygen Builder), ClickFunnels, SimpleTexting, Intercom, Vimeo, Stripe and Mixpanel.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, customer journey mapping, and conversion optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage our marketing stack: ActiveCampaign, Typeform, Google Sheets, EasyWebinar, Zapier, WordPress (Oxygen Builder) ClickFunnels, SimpleTexting, Intercom, Vimeo, Stripe and Mixpanel.
- Email broadcasts: Responsible for coordinating email schedule and segmentation. Email copy is created by our in-house copywriter.
- Marketing automations: Create new ones for marketing campaigns, improve current ones to optimize for KPIs, and modify current ones for logistical needs.
- Data analysis and reporting: Utilize tools like MixPanel and the daily KPI spreadsheets to analyze marketing data. Generate reports to track the performance of various marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide insights for optimization.
- SMS marketing: Manage SMS marketing campaigns using tools like SimpleTexting, ensuring they are integrated with other marketing efforts.
- Promotional campaign coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of promotional campaigns, including landing pages, email automations, email broadcasts, webinar execution, and all other campaign components..
- Documentation: Maintain and organize essential marketing documents and resources on Zendrop Drive. Ensure that all marketing team members have access to relevant documents and are updated on changes.
- Process optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to align campaign implementation with business goals.
